I’m Mark, though most know me as Tony, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas practicing under the supervision of Dr. Gregory Scott Sparrow, Ed.D., LPC-S (TX License #15338). Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, I carry a deep connection to this community and a calling to walk with others through seasons of struggle and growth. My own path of healing has been shaped by both life experience and a faith that reminds me redemption and renewal are possible even in life’s hardest valleys. That conviction guides how I sit with clients — with patience, compassion, and the belief that every story carries the possibility of restoration and hope. As a bilingual therapist, I provide care in both English and Spanish, making therapy accessible across diverse cultures. At the heart of my work is offering a “good place” — a safe, steady presence where burdens can be set down and resilience can rise again.
